Garbanzo dip


I am allergic to sesame seeds which means no tahini, which means most store bought hummus is out. SO......this recipe is a great alternative, and it could be altered any number of ways add your own touch or substitute the mint with any other green, cilantro, basil

1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed. Set the liquid from can aside for later.
half a lemon squeezed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove chopped
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
4 radishes chopped
pinch sea salt and cracked pepper

mash garbanzos, oil, and S&P until slightly creamy.
add radish,garlic, and mint
add the garbanzo juice slowly by the teaspoon until dip holds together better.
refridgerate for 30 minutes serve w veggies or pita chips
voila
